About these terms

These terms govern your use of vjmarkets.co.uk (the "Website"). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

Who we are

The Website is operated by VJ Markets. You can contact us at info@vjmarkets.co.uk.

Our content

All content on the Website (text, imagery, logos and design) is owned by VJ Markets or licensed to us. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our written permission.

Registrations and forms

By submitting a vendor or visitor registration you confirm that:

Submitting a vendor registration is an expression of interest only and does not, on its own, constitute a contract for a stall. Stalls are confirmed in writing once the VJ Markets team has reviewed your application.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the operation of the site, or submitting spam, abusive or unlawful content through our forms.

Liability

The Website is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded - including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party websites - for example, Instagram. We are not responsible for the content of those sites; please review their own terms and privacy notices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page; the "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
